La Compañía de Jesús ha anunciado el nombramiento del Padre Jeffrey S. Burwell, SJ, como nuevo Provincial de la Provincia de Canadá. El Padre Burwell, asumirá sus nuevas funciones a partir del 31 de julio de 2024.

EL nuevo Provincial sucederá al Padre Erik Oland, SJ.

Es importante destacar que el Territorio Jesuita de Haití es parte integrante de la Provincia de Canadá.

La comunidad jesuita de Haiti recibe con alegría este nuevo nombramiento.
